ToolPorta provides free, privacy-friendly online developer tools, converters, formatters, and generators (including UUID generators, JSON formatters, Base64 encoders, and hash calculators). Most utilities execute directly within your web browser without transmitting payload data to our servers.

We continually work to improve and maintain our utilities. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use ToolPorta only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

ToolPorta respects the intellectual property rights of its users:

• Your inputs and outputs: ToolPorta claims no ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over any text, data, code, or payloads you process or generate using our tools. All outputs (such as generated UUIDs, hashes, passwords, or formatted data) belong entirely to you.
• ToolPorta platform IP: The ToolPorta website, design, branding, logos, code, documentation, and user interface are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of ToolPorta.

Client-side privacy is central to how ToolPorta is engineered. Most of our utilities perform calculations entirely inside your browser's memory, meaning your input payloads are never transmitted to or stored on remote servers.

We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for mission-critical operations without independent verification.
